CE: devoted

For almost two weeks now people have been occupying wall street.  They have been camping in local parks trying t make a point and waiting for a change. Robert Segal is a wall street organizer and is been protesting and camping sense day one.

I really commend these people for their valiant efforts to make a point. It isn't easy to stay out there day in and day out and start the process over again. It does take this kind of devotion and heart to try and do that. I wonder how long this will take or better yet will these people give up. No change has happened in these events. Just a few days ago more than a hundred people were arrested for friendly protest and for what.

These are average people like you and me trying hard to get there jobs back. So far there have been know beatings of any kind in these protest thank goodness, but what will give that edge for police to do so. I had written a posted a few weeks ago showing protesters in Italy getting beaten by police. These were friendly protest and the government retaliated. For some of us that were alive to see civil rights know what I am talking about. It was until the assassination of Martin Luther King that people came and retaliated with violence. Hopefully it wont have get that way.

Right now people are just scared. Scared what will happen with there homes and there lives and the government has to do something. So all protesters stick with it and don't the man keep you down lol.
